Accessibility Information

SCREENINGS, EVENTS

All screening venues—the Castro Theatre, Roda Theatre (at Berkeley Repertory Theatre), CineArts (at Palo Alto Square), Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and The Smith Rafael Film Center—are fully wheelchair accessible.

OPENING NIGHT

Unfortunately, due circumstances beyond our control, only the ground floor of The Swedish American Hall, the location of the Opening Night Bash, is accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively seeking a solution to this problem.

Please note, with the exception of the Opening Night, seating for all screenings and events is on a first come, first served basis. Our staff and volunteers will make all possible efforts to accommodate any patrons and their companions who desire assistance, but patrons should arrive as early as convenient and notify the on-site staff as soon as possible upon arrival at the venue. If purchasing tickets in advance, please feel free to inform the box office staff (866.558.4253), who will forward any such information to the venues.
