COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
SFJFF does not collect personally identifying data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and the like, except when voluntarily submitted by Web site visitors.
SFJFF does request personally identifying data from Web site visitors when ordering event tickets, donating to SFJFF, supporting the SFJFF’s Jewish Film Forum, and/or requesting SFJFF online and other publications such as newsletters and catalogs. Information that SFJFF collects is used to make our Web site more useful by helping us learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. We do not track or record information about individuals and their visits. We may compile and report aggregate statistics about our users — such as numbers, traffic patterns, and related site information — but these statistics include no personally identifying information.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
SFJFF will not sell, trade, or rent any email addresses to others. From time to time SFJFF shares the names and postal addresses of our patrons with organizations that offer cultural and social services that SFJFF believes are consistent with the interests of our patrons. SFJFF patrons are offered an opportunity to exclude their names and postal addresses from being shared by notifying SFJFF via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating that they wish to “opt out” of mailing list exchanges.
SFJFF does not solicit personal information from children. Visitors 12 years of age and under must obtain an adult's permission before submitting any personal information to this site.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICY
SFJFF may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on this page.
